I´m graduate of Biochemistry at the University of Havana in Cuba and then I complete my Master degree in the BioNanotechnology Group at the Center of Advanced Studies (CEAC) in Cuba. In October of 2016 I joined the BIONANOSURF group with a Santander-Universidad Zaragoza Fellowship for PhD studies. My research work has been directed to the surface modification of magnetic nanoparticles with different polymers and functionalization with biomolecules. Its application in biomedicine for therapy as well as in vitro and in vivo toxicity studies.
