Javier Idiago

My name is Javier, also known as Vito, and I am from Teruel. I studied Biotechnology at the University of Zaragoza and then I complete my studies with a master degree in Nanostructured Materials for Nanotechnology Applications at the Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon (INA). I joined the BIONANOSURF group in the summer of 2014 with a summer internship, then I completed my final degree project on “Synthesis of iron oxide anisotropic nanoparticles (nanoworms) for drug delivery across the blood-brain barrier” and after that I perfomed the master final project on “Magnetic nanoparticles covalently immobilized on cell surfaces for magnetic hyperthermia studies”. My research interests lie basically on learning new approaches to diagnose and treat challenging diseases.
